Holiday Courses:

• Challenge Sport & Education Ltd reserve the right to exclude or refuse any participant at any time prior to or during any course.
   

• All participants are covered by the company insurance policy
   

• Challenge Sport & Education reserve the right to cancel or change the date of any course.
   

• If a parent wishes to amend a booking they can do so. Challenge will always try to accommodate changes but our general rules are 7+ days notice = 100% (le refund, 2-6 days notice = 50% refund. 0-2 days notice = 0% refund
   

• If selected 'no' to consent for appearing in pictures / videos for marketing purpose we will ensure that your child is not included in any marketing material. If selected 'yes' then we will send you any picture before using
